M6 Southbound Gridlocked Due to HGV fire near Clifton

The M6 southbound is blocked between J40 and J39 due to a HGV fire near Clifton.

All traffic is currently held while emergency services deal with the fire.

Traffic is queuing for over 2 miles on the M6 with tailbacks on the A66 around junction 40.
